Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access this course. Course materials, videos, downloads, worksheets, and other content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, sold, recorded, or uploaded to any website or platform without prior written permission from The Breezy Doula LLC. Sharing your login credentials or providing access to anyone outside your household is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

These two additions will make your Terms much stronger and more appropriate for an online childbirth education course.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
